Carrick is a small medical practice in majestic South West Donegal. The   surgery and office are in the village of Carrick. Carrick Health Centre is a HSE facility and is also home to the Public Health nurse (0749739346).

9th December 2025; status orange weather warning

Met Éireann has a status orange warning in place for the area from 14:00-21:00 today. Afternoon appointments and the late opening are cancelled given risk to life and limb from non-emergent travel in this time.

December 2025; extra evening appointments

From 9/12/2025, we are providing evening GP appointments from 5 PM to 7 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is with a view to easing pressure on NoWDOC and the hospital at this time of year. Please call reception in normal working hours to arrange an appointment, if possible.
