Travel Medicine & Vaccinations

We provide travel health advice and vaccinations to support patients planning trips abroad. Please book a consultation with your GP for this well in advance of your travel. Many important vaccines need to be given in multiple doses over several months to be effective. This is not practical if you first see the GP two weeks before travel.

At your consultation, your travel plans will be reviewed and appropriate medical advice provided. Where necessary, this may include guidance on malaria prevention, prescriptions for prophylactic or standby medication, and administration of recommended vaccines.
